Constructed Paintings
The allure of working with wood never escapes me. My body covered in sawdust typically signals creative bliss. I really enjoyed the freedom to create windows and differing depths on this body of work.
I also developed a technique for oxidizing the paints causing the pigments to separate, creating an interesting color and texture composition.
